If we receive your order by 2.30pm, Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 2.30pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.

DHL Express.

E.U 12€ (express) 2-3 days

Outside E.U 20€ (express) 4-6 days

RETURN POLICY

We have done our best in order to satisfy our customers. But if you are not satisfied an you wish to return the product purchase, please follow the instructions below:

Please e-mail us within 14 days after receiving your items if you are not completely satisfied. Returns and exchanges are accepted with prior approval only. E-mail: shop@jwjbrand.com

The goods eligible for refund must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and returned with all its original labels, tags and packaging.

Return expenses are on the customer
It is recommended for your protection that all return items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Always  put the phone number that we provide in our return acceptation

For all non EU customers: the customs authorities put a number on the shipping forms (on the outside of the parcel) and it’s most important that this customs number is visible on the parcel when returned, otherwise Jwj Brand has to pay a customs fee. Which we naturally would like to avoid.

When returning any goods, the tracking number and proof of delivery will be necessary to confirm a returned item has been delivered back.

Refunds will be done after reception and checkup of the goods.

*Please note if you are outside the EU – on the customs form please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of 0. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.*
