Here is a new cut and new feeling in our jeans production.
A flavor of the 40´s. Inspired by the famous 1947 501 After World War II, with a difference in fabric, classical vintage cut.
High rise, One piece fly. Classical strong and clean construction 1877 patented. Single needle sewing for strength and great fade effects.
Chainstitched hems. Clean classical back pockets. Heavy Pocketing Japanese fabric.
This fabric was dyed pure indigo and mill do not use chemical for dye stuff.Most of pure indigo is dyed by hank dye but Nihon Mempu use rope dye for this natural indigo fabric.
Believed be the best possible indigo dyeing method for yarn, due to natural rope dye indigo, color is natural and superb.
This fabric is Preshrunk, minimal shrinkage expected.
